*Trained from film & television institute from India, Pune, for direction while working in Mumbai Doordarshan.
*Trained in multi camera setup during Asiad 82 event
*One of the jury members (for the TV section) of the Screen Videocon Awards-1999.
*Worked as Vice-President of the forthcoming channel LAMHAS Entertainment Ltd. with Goldie Anand.
*One of the jury members for award committee of RAPA (Radio and television awards) 2007-2008.
*Done workshops in Pakistan and trained people on writing, direction and acting for Eveready films..
*Approved Radio Drama Voice since last 27 years.
*Produced a couple of episodes of Rishtey for Zee Tv under his own company “T.M. Productions”

* Worked in little Theatre Group, an Indo-American Group in Delhi as Director, Actor and Production Manager in 1973.
* Acted in nearly 20 to 25 plays in Dishantar, Yatri Theatre Groups with Late Shri Om Shiv Puri, Shri B.M. Shah and Shri B.V. Karanth.
* Directed and acted in approximately 15 plays in theatre group, Nav Natya Niketan, Delhi from 1973 to 1975.
* Joined Mumbai Doordarshan Kendra in March, 1975. Assisted and produced nearly all major programmes like News, Drama, Phool Khilen Hain Gulshan Gulshan, Chhaayageet, Parikrama, feature films, Focus, Science Magazine, all being multicamera setups and 16mm and 35mm
